Our small group classes are coach-led, intentionally programmed strength sessions where you get hands-on guidance, real-time feedback, and the support you need to get stronger—without ever feeling lost.With instructors who know their stuff and really care about your experience, you'll enjoy an intense and challenging workout every time.

Strong doesn’t have an age limit. Ageless Iron helps women 60+ build strength, stability, and confidence for life through coached, intentional training.

Weights Are for Girls helps young girls build strength, confidence, and body awareness to help them navigate their younger years knowing they are capable, powerful, and strong.

Stop working around the problem—Heal & Seal is an evidence-based program created in 2016 that has helped hundreds of women rebuild their core (Diastasis Recti) and pelvic floor strength. StrongHER is the ONLY gym that offers in-house core/pelvic floor support that easily translate into life and onto the weight floor.
